One of our highly qualified and experienced experts estimates your specific objects and imparts his wisdom about the actual market situation and what may potentially be the highest bid you can hope for at the Auction. The estimate can happen in our store or an expert can come to your place when larger collections have to be valued. Note, an appraisal by one of our experts gives no guarantee on the actual auction price achieved on the day of sale.
By the handing over of your objects to one of our employees, we conclude with you an auction order. With it you ask us to auction your delivered objects at a predetermined upcoming auction. At the same time you receive a confirmation about the admission of your objects. From this moment your treasures are insured by our Auction House.
The public Auction takes place at a predetermined time and place. You are very welcome to visit the Auction live and to witness bidding. Approximately two weeks after the Auction you will receive from us an advance result information which informs you about the achieved price.
After the end of the period during which any sales which are bi-laterally negotiated after an unsuccessful auction/postsales, about six weeks after the auction, you receive the final payment. We pay under deduction of the agreed commissions by bank transfer.
